The validate button is showing an invalid combo edit error for AR distribution when CF inheritance is on

The Chartfield combination Error in Header AR distribution for fields Account/Fund/Dept in group XXX.

Replication Steps:
-----------------------
1. Goto Billing - Generate Invoices - Non-consoliated - Single action Invoice.
2. Populate the run control parameters and click on Validate button.
3. When the user ignores the error and runs the job, Preload process (BIPRELD) runs to success without any chart field combination errors.
