PC_EXPRESS_AM process is not allocating amounts evenly when Asset Identification Rule - Distribution is defined as 'Project Quantity Distribution'.

Replication Steps:
1: Create a project. ( Project costing> Project Definition > Define project general info)
2: Populate asset integration rule as 'Many asset from each activity' and distribution as 'project quantity distribution'.
3: Add activity by clicking on the project activity link from project.
4: Define express asset with 'no of asset to be created' as 3 and 'quantity on each asset'  as 1.
5: Add transaction (Project Costing > Transaction Definitions > Add Transactions) with the amount as 1,112,262.46. Process transaction.
6: Run PC_EXPRESS_AM (Project Costing > Assets > Express Asset Capitalization).
7: Review transaction.
The expected result is 1,112,262.46/3 = 370,754.15 with a potential .01 rounding difference.
The actual result is:
Cost is split unevenly between the three assets requiring manual adjustments. This appears to be using the Percentage method:1,112,262.46 * .33333 = 370,750.451,112,262.46 * .33333 = 370,750.451,112,262.46 * .33334 = 370,761.57
