EEX 9.2: Unable To Attach Multiple Attachments At A Single Time On Expense Reports (Doc ID 3013175.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to image 48, unable to upload multiple attachments at a single time on expense reports.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home - Employee Self Service - Expenses - Click Create Expense Report Tile.
2. Enter the required information.
3. Click Attach Receipt.
4. Click Add Attachment.
5. Not able to select multiple documents.
