EAP: When User is Assigned to One Process Group For a Specific Source Transaction, the Action Field is Not Available (Doc ID 3013233.1)

Symptoms

User is assigned to Process Group = MASSMAINT (Voucher Mass Maintenance) for Source Transaction = VCHMASSDEL (Delete). When on the Voucher Mass Maintenance page, all Filter Criteria options are available to select along with their icons to process. However, when their respective window opens, the Action field is not available for any of the options.

Expecting only the Filter Criteria = Delete to be available and when the Delete button is clicked, the Action field should be available when the Delete window opens but this is not occurring.
