Student Address Fields - Permanent Mailing Address, City, Zip Code - not Loading to Staging (ISIR_00_1_EC) When Running FA Inbound to Process Aid Year 2024-2025 ISIR Files (Doc ID 3013543.1)

Symptoms

When running Import Federal Data Files (FA_INBOUND) to load 2025 ISIR files to staging, the student address fields, other than State, aren't being populated in the staging table ISIR_00_1_EC. The fields not populating include permanent mailing address, city, and zip code.

These fields are expected to populate the same as they always have in previous Aid Years, in case the fields need to be used on conjunction with Search March, or if the ISIR Data Load Parameters are set to add or update address information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > Import Federal Data Files > FA Inbound, and run the process to load one or more 2024-2025 ISIR files.
2. Query the table ISIR_00_1_EC , and note that the fields IWD_PERM_ADDR02, IWD_CITY, and IWD_ZIP are not populated on any records (though IWD_STATE is populated).

Changes

 The issue occurs after applying all of the available fixes related to FAFSA Simplification up through and including the 31 fixes delivered in PeopleSoft Release Patchset (PRP) Patch 36159970: 2024-2025 FM ADDITIONAL UPDATES #3.
