Generate Attendance Roster Process Is Removing Contact Minutes Of One Particular Class (Doc ID 3014019.1)

Symptoms

Attendance Rosters are generated and updated using the delivered Generate Attendance Roster process. Attendance Templates for all other classes are created as per the schedule, however for one class the contact minutes are generated as Zero.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Generate the class Attendance Roster (Curriculum Management > Attendance Roster > Generate Attendance Roster > Attendance Roster Generator).
  2.  Navigate to Attendance by Class Roster and note that the contact minutes column is blank
  3. Navigate to Attendance Tracking by Template and note that the Contact Minutes field is blank but column shows 180 minutes.
