E-WF: Email Approval Process EOAWEMC Read Zero Emails from Office365 (Doc ID 3015462.1)

Symptoms

When Email Approval process EOAWEMC is run, no emails are read into PeopleSoft application. In Integration Gateway's msgLog.html, it shows the following error.
