ELM 9.2: Unable to Access Favorite Course or Program from Favorites in Nav Bar

Symptoms
When accessing a Course or Program saved in Favorites, User receives an error message.
ERROR MESSAGE:
Component search page type is set to None. But at least one of they keys do not have a valid value.
Component search page type is set to None. But at least one of they keys do not have a valid value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Learning or Find Learning section and search for a Course or Program
2. Click Actions > Add to Favorites
3. Enter Favorite Label, then click Add
4. Then, click the Nav Bar > Favorites > Select Program or Course link, receive an error message.
