FLUID GRADUATION APPLICATION DOES NOT UPDATE STDNT_ATTR_DTL (Doc ID 3015624.1)

On : 9.2 version, Student Records Self Service

Fluid Graduation Applications inserts new rows into  PS_ACAD_PROG, and PS_ACAD_PLAN  with a new effective date but does not insert a new effective dated row in PS_STDNT_ATTR_DTL.

Fluid Graduation Applications are the only rows that are inserted into PS_ACAD_PROG and PS_ACAD_PLAN that do not insert corresponding effective dated rows on  Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information> Student Program Plan (Student Attribute Tab)

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Academic Records tile and Application for Graduation on the left menu and follow the activity guide to add a new graduation application.  

2.  Review the data in PS_ACAD_PROG and PS_STDNT_ATTR_DTL via sql and note a new effective dated row is inserted into PS_ACAD_PROG but not into PS_STDNT_ATTR_DTL or compare the pages

Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information> Student Program Plan (Academic program tab) with

Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information> Student Program Plan (Student Attribute Tab) 

to see that no new effective dated row is inserted into the Student attributes table.
