Symptoms

When running the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Data Extract with the Extract Option "Extract ACA Employee Data" for list of employees, the process is running very slowly.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Run the ACA Data Extract with the Extract Option "Extract ACA Employee Data" for list of employees (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
     2. Observe the running time.
