Symptoms

The TCSI Student Data App Engine Process (SSR_HM_STDNT) is running for a very long time.

It is expected the process will not take 2 days to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Student Data Process
  2. Complete the Run Control
  3. Run the process
