Symptoms
The TCSI Student Data App Engine Process (SSR_HM_STDNT) is running for a very long time.
It is expected the process will not take 2 days to complete.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Student Data Process
- Complete the Run Control
- Run the process
