Symptoms
After setup RTI for index LS_LM_ACT_CI_FL (Courses Fluid), getting an error message ORA-04074: invalid REFERENCING name when building the triggers.
ERROR MESSAGE:
ORA-04074: invalid REFERENCING name
04074. 00000 - "invalid REFERENCING name"
*Cause: An invalid name was given in the referencing clause.
*Action: Verify the referencing name is not a reserved word.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup of RTI for index LS_LM_ACT_CI_FL
PeopleTools > Search Framework > Real Time Indexing > {search/select} LS_LM_ACT_CI_FL
2. Access the SQL link and copy the SQL to generate the trigger for the index.
3. At the Database level, compile the trigger for the index, receive a compile error.
