Symptoms
When a sourcing event which is created with special characters in event name, event description and line comments is posted ,AUC_PDF process fails with below error .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an event with special characters at line comments level (Advanced Definition > Comment bubble icon - Line Comments/ Attachments) and at the Event Name/ Event Description.Navigation : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
2. Save the and click on post.
