When the User Searches for Canceled Receipts, the Canceled Receipts are Not Displayed on the My Receipts Page (Doc ID 3017030.1)

Symptoms

When the user searches for canceled receipts, the canceled receipts are not displayed on the My Receipts page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement > My Receipts
      Click Edit Receipt icon of a receipt
      Click Cancel Receipt
      Click Yes for the message “Canceling Receipt cannot be reversed. Do you wish to continue > (10300,33)
2. Navigate : eProcurement > My Receipts
      Click Update Filters
      Change the Show Status from “Received” to “Cancelled”
      Click Done

Issue : No receipts are displayed
