The following Warning Message appears for the MDS subscription when applying the PUM Package.

Initially, an incorrect MDS key was used before the step, and the subsequent steps provided some warnings, after that, the correct MDS key was used but warnings still show.

Warning: This Global Payroll product Country Extension (Australia) is under Market Driven Support and the Rules/Non Rules have not been applied due to an incorrect or missing Subscription Key. Contact your system administrator to update the Subscription Key.
 Message Set Number: 17005
 Message Number: 1106
 Message Reason: Warning: The access to Payroll Elements and Packages of this Country is Restricted. (17005,1106)
Creation Ended for Package AU07314065 (17005,2013)
Application Engine program GP_PKG_ADSMR ended normally


2024-04-15 13:46:53.833 - [Step - Review GPCE Australia Rule Compare Reports] Stopped

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Apply PUM Image using Change Assistant.
2. In Change Assistant, when arriving at the step for the MDS product, add an incorrect MDS key.
3. The next step triggers the Warning message.
4. Go back and use the correct MDS key.
5. The next steps still show the warning.
