Symptoms
Performance Issue on below SQL objects from Application Engine Program SST_HM_STDNT :
SSR_HM_POST_UAOU
SSR_HM_DELETE_UAOU
SSR_HM_PATCH_UAOU
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Student Data Process
2. Add a New Run Control ID
3. Enter the Details & Run the SSR_HM_STDNT AE Process
