3C Engine Not Populating Variable Data Fields For ISIR Admin Function (Doc ID 3017375.1)

Symptoms

When using 3CENGINE to assign communications that are linked to the ISIR administrative function, only the AID_YEAR field populates in the Variable Data (VAR_DATA_ISIR).  The ISIR administrative function includes the additional variable data fields EFFDT_VAR, and EFFSEQ_VAR, which should also be populated, but these fields are being left blank.

Manual assignment of VAR_DATA_ISIR data works as expected, as does 3CEngine with other administrative functions. Financial Aid most commonly uses the FINA (AID_YEAR) and FINT (AID_YEAR + STRM) administrative functions, and these are not having any similar issue(s).
