Symptoms
Contract document version history does not render previous PDF of contract versions. It shows the current version instead of the prior version.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Find supplier contract with multiple versions of documents
Navigation: Supplier Contract > Create Contracts and Document > Document Management
2. Click Document Version History
3. Click on any non current version and only the current version PDF is displayed.
