E-AD: Unable To Export/Save Application Engine Code To Text File in Application Designer (Doc ID 3017686.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.60.07, users are unable to Export/Save Application Engine code to a text file in Application Designer.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. Log into Application Designer, and open an Application Engine program.
2. Click on File > View Report from the menu. This opens the "Print Options" dialogue pop-up window.
3. Select the "Program Definition" options, and click the OK button.
4. The Report should be shown.
5. Select File > "Save Report As", and observe that there is no option to save it as a text file.
