Goal

The text editor for the 'Add a New Note Item' was updated for the 8.60 tools release. Compared to the version of the editor on previous Tools, some features have been lost, such as:

The maximize icon was removed.
When copying and pasting from e-mail, not all of the e-mail content is being include.

Is there any configuration or settings that allow the use of the older settings?
