Symptoms
When dispatching a PO with the Email option, the process fails with the below error:

Steps:
1. Create and dispatch a PO using email.
Purchasing > Purchase Order > Add/Update POs.
2. Open the process monitor to see PO_XMLP job has 'No Success' status.
