E-AWE/FSCM: When Revoking a Fluid Delegation, Two Emails are Sent to the Delegate/Proxy (Doc ID 3018583.1)

Symptoms

When revoking a Delegation transaction for any Process IDs, like requisitions and Vouchers, two emails that look the same are being sent to the same user,  when said user should only be getting one email.

Application : FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 48, HCM PUM 46


Sample Replication
----------------

1. Log in as a Delegator and create a new Delegation Request.
2. Choose Requisition and VoucherApproval.
3. Select the same Delegate/Proxy.
4. Proxy receives Delegation Request Notification email.
5. Log in as Proxy to view the 2 Delegation Requests.
6. Select the two Process IDs and click the Accept button.
7. Proxy receives approval email notification.
8. Delegator Revokes the already Accepted Delegation Requests.
9. Observe that the Delegate/Proxy receives 2 revocation email notifications.
