Symptoms
Accidentally the user adds a Payment Plan to an item and is now unable to apply the payment. When applying the payment the user gets an error:
ERROR:
-----------------------
"Item already tagged with a payment plan. Cannot be selected (9030,294)".

REPLICATION STEPS:
----------------------------
1. Create an item and post it. (Receivables > Pending Item > Online Pending Items)
2. Goto Receivables > Custome account > Item information > Item list, select the item, and create a payment plan.
3. Create a payment worksheet and try to apply payment the error is generated. (Receivables > Payment > Online Deposit)
