Symptoms
Search results not showing(hiding) the field that are masked using Page and field configurator.
Steps:
1:Menu >Enterprise Components >Page and Field Configuration>Page and Field Configurator
Component Name: Any component name
Market:Global
Configuration Type:Masking
2: In Masking tab Enter below Information
In Configure Masking Select Source Type: Search and Prompt Fields
Select Fields: Field from search criteria and in the result also
Check Mask Field for both Fields and Mask Profile: Partial
3: In Map to Portal Registry tab
Select checkbox for the Portal and click on Apply configuration
4: Click on Save
6: Navigate to component and click on search
-- Search results showing no field/value that were masked using Page and field configurator, instead of showing masked value in the search result.
