Symptoms

In 8.58.x when a user clicks to view the an invoice image, it is downloading the .g42 format file but in PT8.60.x it is trying to show the file in new window instead of downloading it and showing garbled text characters.

Changes

 Upgrade from 8.58 to 8.60 People Tools
