Symptoms

My Requisitions page does not return results for all Business Units if Business Unit is blank in criteria.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to eProcurement>My Requisitions
2. Select the filter
3. Remove Business Unit
4. Click on Done
Issue : Results include only requisitions from the user's default business unit
