Comment ID Not Populated On Comment Entry Through Collection Effort Page (Doc ID 3019197.1)

 Student Financials Collections

 
When saving a comment in the Collections Effort component, the Oprid who is creating the comment is not being saved in PS_PERSON_COMMENT.

The PS_COLLECT_EFFORT record does not include a field for the OPRID, but we expect the operid (CMNT_ID) would be populated in both PS_PERSON_COMMENT. 
 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the page Student Financials > Collections > Collection Effort > Begin Customer Collection
or Student Financials > Collections > Collection Effort > Update Customer Collection 

add an action and save the comment.

2. Review the comment in PS_PERSON_COMMENT record  or view the comment from the page
Campus Community > Comments > Comment - Person and note the person who created the comments id is not visible.
