ELM 9.2: Workforce Fullsync Data Staged in ELM Not Loading Whole Population (Doc ID 3019338.1)

Symptoms

After completion of WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC messages and running Process Load Fullsync Data for Workforce (AE LM_LD_STGDAT), some employees Attribute (LM_PERSON_ATTRB) and Job (LM_PERSON_JOB) Data is not loaded as required.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the HR environment, integrate service operation WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC version INTERNAL
  with the ELM environment service operation WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC version VERSION_2.

2. Once the messages for WORKFORCE_FULLSYNC are done and subscribed successfully in the ELM Environment,
  run the Process Load Fullsync Data (Application engine LM_LD_STGDATA), notice receive some employees Attribute (LM_PERSON_ATTRB) and Job (LM_PERSON_JOB) Data is not loaded. 
  Navigation: Menu > Set Up ELM > Process Load Fullsync Data
