Components for Manage Delegation, AWS Service Tester and Review Transections Have Public Content Reference Security (Doc ID 3019399.1)

Symptoms

 Some components on Campus Solutions, Self Service have content reference that causes the components to be available to all users.  These components are not referenced in any permission lists; therefore, access to the component cannot be controlled by permission list setup.  These pages are administrative type pages and should be able to be granted access to using permission list/role security.

The expectation is these components are not available to the public, and should be able to have access controlled by permission list / role security.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to PeopleTools, Portal,  Structure and Content;
2. Click on the Self Service folder;
3. Scroll down and locate Manage Delegation, AWS Service Tester or Review Transactions ;
4. Click Edit;
5. Click the Security tab;
6. Note the Public box is checked on.
