Symptoms
The Oracle 19c/AIX 7.3 Database Alert log shows entries for "WARNING: too many parse errors".
Alert Message:
DB(3):WARNING: too many parse errors, count=344 SQL hash=0xb5b8cd7d
DB(3):PARSE ERROR: ospid=27460146, error=942 for statement:
