Fluid Requisition Left Pane Keeps Collapsing Every Time Adding New Express Item to Cart From Item Search Results (Doc ID 3019662.1)

Symptoms

Users have to expand the express Item section in fluid requisition each time to add new items, this behavior is not consistent with other options on the left panel

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : eProcurement > Create Question then press on Express Entry.
2. Add in any item information then press on Add.
3. Notice that the left pane collapsed and users have to expand it every time they add a new item.
