eProcurement Requisition "VIEW_CONTRACT" Role Action does not Work Correctly When Enabled for Any Role in a Microsoft SQL Server Environment. (Doc ID 3019959.1)

Symptoms

The "View Contracts" ePro Role Action is enabled and role is assigned to a user but when searching an item present in a contract, the Contract link is not shown on the ePro page.

Steps:

1. Open the Assign Role Actions To Roles page and search for requisition.
    eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Users and Roles link > Assign Role Actions To Roles link
2. Enable VIEW_CONTRACT role action for any role present under the Role Action Category - REQSRH (Requisition Item Search)
3. Ensure user has the above role assigned to their user profile.
    PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles
4. Open Create Requisition page and search for any item linked with a contract.
5. See that contract icon is not shown against the item.
