When attempting to calculate tuition the following error occurs:

Unable to find Term Fee Code record. (14811,46)
Term Fee Code record has not been set up in Term Fee Code Table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Student Financials > Tuition and Fees > Tuition Calculation

2. Press the 'calculate tuition" button
