Delivered Service Impact "ENVER" does not Prevent to Students to Generate the Enrollment Verification Report in Fluid Self-Service

Symptoms
When a service indicator that includes the Service Impact delivered "ENVER" (Get Enrollment Verification) is used to prevent students from being able to print or view the Fluid Self-Service Enrollment Verification, the "ENVER" service impact is not working as expected in Fluid Self-Service, since students with this service indicator are able print or view the Enrollment Verification report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Service Indicators > Service Indicator Table.
- Search for a Negative Service indicator.
- Adding the "ENVER" Service indicator impact, and save.
- Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicators > Person > Manage Service Indicators.
- Assign Service Indicator to Student.
- Logged as Admin user.
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Verifications > Enrollment Verification.
- Search the student with the service indicator.
- Click on “Print”.
- Enrollment Verification not generated, this is the expected result.
- Logged as Student.
- Student Homepage > Tasks Tile.
- Validate the student has a hold (Negative Service Indicator), back to Student Homepage.
- Academic Records Tile > Enrollment Verification.
- Click on “Submit”.
- Enrollment Verification Report is displayed, this is not the expected result. Due the Negative service indicator, student should not be able to view the Enrollment Verification Report.
