EPY: Accessibility - Voice Assistants Do Not Properly Announce Employee TAX_DATA Details (Doc ID 3020307.1)

Symptoms

Voice technology, such as NVDA or JAWS does not read through Employee Tax Data pages as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Note: user is attempting to access TAX_DATA3 (Local Tax Data)

  1. Sign in system with "Enable Screen Reader" checked and using voice technology.
  2. Navigate Main Menu>Payroll for North America>Employee Pay Data USA>Tax Information>Update Employee Tax Data.
  3. Choose Employee>Record opens to TAX_DATA1 (Federal Tax Data).
  4. Focus immediately lands on/reads the Effective date and not the three tabs (Federal Tax Data/State Tax Data/Local Tax Data).
  5. No announcement as to whether there is a list or group box. 

User is not aware how to navigate to TAX_DATA3 (Local Tax Data).  Can first focus be moved to these tabs, rather than the Effective Date field on TAX_DATA1?
