TAM: Manage Job Opening Page Gives Warning "Do you Want to save your changes?" Even Though No Changes Have Been Made

Symptoms
On the Manage Job Opening page, clicking links that would take user away are giving the users a warning "Do you Want to save your change? Click Yes to go back and save, or No to discard your changes". This is occurring after clicking on one of the status filters on the page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting > Search Job Opening
2. Search for a job opening
3. Click on one of the status filters. For example, 'Offer'
4. For one of the applicant in the list, click Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Prepare Job Offer
5. User will get a warning about saving their changes even though nothing has been changed
