How to load COD Files Received With XML Scheme V5.0b (Doc ID 3021356.1)

With COD implementing the 2024-25 award year over the weekend we have begun to receive MPN (crpn) and Entrance Counseling (crecmyop) files with schema v5.0b. When running these files, the files aren't erring but are logging the following message in the log: COD Lookup Table Info not found.  Tag: MIDDLENAME Record: SFA_COD_STUDENT (14412,1001)

For the students in the Entrance Counseling file, the records are not loaded to Manage Loan Counseling Data nor in the Manage COD Counseling Suspense.

Is there any guidance that can be provided to load the files before the COD Patch is posted?
