Symptoms

After users approve transactions via Notifications Panel or Bell Icon, Fluid Approvals pages are returned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. In the Notifications Panel, click an approval request.

3. Approve the request.

4. Observe Fluid Approval page is returned while a message of "the approval is approved" is shown on the top of the page briefly.
