EPY: Fringe Benefit Cost Is Being Distributed Between The Multiple Employee Records on the Same Check (Doc ID 3021753.1)

Full-time Fringe Benefit cost is being distributed between the multiple employee records on the same check.

Full-time Fringe Benefit Cost needs to go to the chartstring of the Full-time assignment only.  Currently, full-time Fringe Benefit cost is being distributed between the multiple employee records for a given employee.
 
Employee's medical non-taxable benefit cost is being distributed into 3 different departments/chart strings. 100% of the cost should be under the position with the full-time assignment.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Employee has 3 different employee record paid on the check that the medical non-taxable benefit is being processed - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Review Paycheck
2. Run PSPPFUND - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals
3. Review Actuals Distribution for the Deductions - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting>Review Actuals Distribution
