Symptoms
Fluid Job Data does not allow the Users to key a Termination in the past if other Rows exists before that.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Manage Job Tile
Access Fluid Job Data with Correct History checked
2. Create a Termination Row in between these 2 Rows effective dated 01/04/2019
effective dated row: 01/01/2020
effective dated row: 01/01/2019
On Save, the following Error occurs:
Action is valid only if prior HR Status is Active or Empl Status is Retired or Terminated with Pay. (1000,972)
