Symptoms

The Search Indexes HC_HPY_MGMT_CHK_US and HPY_OPER_RET_US fail when running on MS SQL Server.

For Search Index HPY_OPER_RET_US:
[SQL Server]'TO_DATE' is not a recognized built-in function name.

For Search Index HC_HPY_MGMT_CHK_US:
[SQL Server]'TO_CHAR' is not a recognized built-in function name.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Deploy Search Indices HC_HPY_MGMT_CHK_US and HC_HPY_MGMT_CHK_US in PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy Search Objects.
2. Run Full Index Build for the indices in PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Indexes.
3. Observe the errors in the log files.
