PE: APT Enrollment issues occur when the process is used by multiple users / different run controls concurrently. 

The following steps are taken:
1) Create APT Instances wherever needed.
2) Create APT Planning Nodes for students by using "Create Selected Planning Node".
3) Once planning nodes are created, use APT Enrollment - with a custom Query - to enroll students onto their mandatory courses.

After those steps, the following errors are seen:
