Attachment Are Not Deleted From PV_ATTACHMENTS Table After Applying Update Image 48

Symptoms
Attachments are not deleted from the PV_ATTACHMENTS record after applying Bugfix 35186999 delivered in PUM 48.
The file is getting deleted in the SFTP machine but it is not deleting the transaction in the PV_ATTACHMENT table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an attachment to an existing customer .Navigation:Menu > Customers > Create Customer Information
2. Run sql select query on records PS_CUST_ATT and PS_PV_ATTACHMENTS,confirm data row for attachment exists .
3. Delete attachment by clicking on "-"customer page and save.
4. Run sql select query on records and note that data row is deleted on PS_CUST_ATT but still exists in PV_ATTACHMENTS.
