Symptoms

 

When attempting to test SCC_SC_CLEARCART Service Operation
the following error occurs.

Response Message returned from handler method call is NULL. (2,1125) IBTREE_WRK.IB_INVOKEOPER.FieldChange


 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Open the page Peopletools > Integration Broker > Service Utilities > Test Service Operation and open the service operation SCC_SC_CLEARCART .

2. Press the button to "provide data" and paste in test xml.

3. Press Invoke Operation button and see
"Response Message returned from handler method call is NULL. (2,1125) IBTREE_WRK.IB_INVOKEOPER.FieldChange PCPC:6243 Statement:127".
