After Applying Bug 34531733, In Manage Job Tile User is Redirected to Record 0 instead of Record 1 (Doc ID 3024979.1)

Symptoms

The issue reported in Bug 34531733/Doc ID 3000839.1 is not corrected even after applying this bug.

The users can navigate through multiple rows quickly in Job Data, in Correct History, but if the end-user wants to look at a different job record, the results take the users back to record 0's data.

Note: This is happening when the employee record has multiple rows


Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job tile
2. Search (in Correct History mode) for an employee who has more than one employment record.
3. Access employment record 1, and move between the job rows.
4. When clicking the next button, the row displayed is a job row from employment record 0, not record 1.
