IM and IM NCP Extension Pages Share the Same Fields and Values for Option Rule Set, Application Source, and Option Set ID; and Deleting From One Page Deletes from Both (Doc ID 3024980.1)

Goal

The separate extension pages for IM and IM NCP are supposed to allow different values to be used for most fields for the different calculation types. However, three of the highest level fields - Option Rule Set, Application Source, and Option Set ID - cannot be assigned values separately on the two pages.  Also, and related to that, clicking the 'Delete' button on either page will result in the record being deleted from both pages.

With respect to the three mentioned fields and the delete button, is that how the pages are designed to work? And if so, should the page be displaying a message warning that using the 'Delete' button will delete from both pages, instead of just the page where the delete button is used?
