When Configurable Search Is Used, User With Update/Display All Security Gets Error: "You are not authorized to this page." (Doc ID 3025011.1)

Symptoms

When Configurable Search is used, a user with Update/Display All but not Correction security permission for the page attempts to View a Position with Include History selected, the following error displays:

ERROR
-----------------------
You are not authorized for this page.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Position Details (Navigation: Workforce Administrator homepage > Position Management tile > Manage Positions tile).
     2. Search for any position with Include History selected.
     3. Select any position.
     4. Select the ">" button to view the details of the selected Position.
     5. The new page opens showing this error.
