Symptoms
After Upgrade to Tools 8.60.10, Company State Tax Table - when lookup company prompt is selected and then select company , below error received.

Class Row method GetRowset scroll CO_STATETAX_TBL is invalid. (2,270) CO_STATETAX_TBL.PNA_FLI_EFF_TX_QTR.FieldDefault PCPC:155 Statement:2
The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method. It is not valid for the current object.
Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.
This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Federal/State Taxes > Company State Tax Table
2. Click on lookup company prompt
