Symptoms

When running the Application engine Data Conversion in order to apply PUM50 on PeopleTools 8.60.13 and Windows 2019 and on Linux NAME="Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server" VERSION=7.9 , it is failing with the following error :

  Statement: INSERT INTO PS_PV_ATTACHMENTS (SCM_ATTACH_ID,ATT_VERSION,ATTACH_DESCR,SERVER_ID,SERVER_TYPE,SERVER_PATH,ATTACHSYSFILENAME,ATTACHUSERFILE) VALUES (:1,1,:2,:3,:4,' ',:5,:6)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create the Change Package from and apply using Change Assistant to Target
