Symptoms
When attempting to subscribe to tools 8.60 channel and download, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Subscribe to tools 8.60 channel
2. Check dm logs and my download repository, it mixed up PT 8.61 into 8.60
